Payment is due at the time of the session. Most extended health plans reimburse sessions with a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC). A sliding-scale fee may be available please reach out to discuss your situation. We believe cost should never be a barrier to healing.

Does my insurance cover this?
Most extended health benefit plans in Canada reimburse sessions with a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC). After your session, you will receive a receipt which you can submit directly to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
Coverage varies by plan we recommend contacting your provider before your first session to confirm your benefits.
Sliding-Scale Fee Available: We reserve a limited number of spots for clients who need financial assistance. Please reach out privately to discuss we want healing to be accessible to everyone.

Cancellation Policy
Please provide 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations or no shows will be charged the full session fee. We understand life happens please reach out as early as possible.

Payment Policy
Payment is due at the time of the session. We accept e-Transfer, credit card, and debit. Receipts are provided after each session for insurance reimbursement purposes.

Everything shared in sessions is strictly confidential. Your information will not be disclosed without your written consent, except as required by law (e.g. risk of harm to self or others, child protection).

Why do I need a consent form?

Book Your Session
Choose your service and book your first appointment online. You'll receive a confirmation email immediately.

Receive Your Intake Form
You'll be sent an intake and consent form to complete before your first session takes about 10 minutes.
We ask you to sign a consent form so you can make a fully informed decision about entering therapy. It is your right as a client to understand exactly what you are agreeing to.
The consent form covers your privacy rights, session details, payment policy, cancellation terms, and the limits of confidentiality so there are no surprises.

Attend Your First Session
Join by phone or video. Your first session focuses on your goals, your story, and building your personalised plan.
