I offer Personal Counselling, Couples Counselling, Workplace Counselling, and custom Group Workshops. Each service is tailored to your needs and guided by modalities like CBT, the Gottman Method, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
You can book a session by clicking the Book Now button at the top of the page. Once you select your service and time, you'll receive an email confirmation and reminder before your appointment.
Counselling focuses on healing past wounds and resolving emotional, psychological or behavioural challenges. Coaching is forward-focused it helps you identify goals, overcome obstacles and take action toward a desired future. Rav is trained in both and often blends the two approaches based on your unique needs.
Most extended health plans (e.g., Blue Cross, Sun Life, Manulife) will reimburse counselling fees for a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC). Sliding-scale spots may be available please reach out to discuss.
We'll spend 50 minutes getting to know your goals, reviewing your intake form, and creating an initial plan together. You'll leave with at least one actionable tool or strategy to begin your journey.
Please provide 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations or no-shows incur the full session fee. For Group Workshops or Keynote Speaker events, complete the Contact form for custom scheduling and policies.
We ask you to sign a consent form so you can make an informed decision about therapy. It outlines what we'll do together, how we protect your privacy, payment details and your rights as a client.

Absolutely. Rav collaborates with event organisers to align the content with your theme, audience, and desired outcomes.
We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance for virtual events, and 8–12 weeks for in-person events, to allow time for customisation.
Fees are custom-quoted based on event type, duration, location, and preparation required. Contact us for a personalised proposal.

Yes. All workshops can be delivered virtually via Zoom or your preferred platform, making them accessible to remote and distributed teams.
Popular topics include: mental health awareness, stress & burnout, resilience, communication, emotional intelligence, grief, and cultural identity. Custom topics are welcome.
Workshops work well with groups of 10–50 participants. Larger audiences can be accommodated for keynote-style sessions.
Most couples complete 4–8 sessions before their wedding. Packages can be customised to your timeline and needs.
Absolutely. Pre-relationship or early relationship coaching is equally valuable for couples building a strong foundation.
Pre-wedding coaching is forward-focused and preventative. Couples counselling often addresses existing challenges. Both are valuable Rav is trained in both.
Some plans cover coaching sessions with an RCC or ICC. Check with your provider. Receipts are always provided.
No. All sessions are strictly confidential. Your employer has no access to session content or notes.
Yes. Custom workplace wellness packages and group workshops are available. Contact us for a tailored quote.
Yes. HR serves the organisation; counselling serves you. Rav provides a neutral, confidential space completely separate from your HR department.
Many employee benefit plans cover RCC sessions. Check with your provider. Receipts are always provided.
Yes, couples sessions are designed for both partners. Individual sessions can be arranged separately if needed.
It's normal to feel emotionally tired after deep work. Rav will always check in with you and ensure you feel grounded before ending the session.
It's common for one partner to be hesitant. Rav creates a balanced, non-blaming environment where both voices are equally heard.
