Whether you’re newly engaged or preparing for your next chapter together, pre-wedding coaching offers tools and conversations that help couples feel more connected, aligned, and prepared for marriage.
If you’re planning for a wedding, it can be overwhelming, stressful and the fun can get lost in the long ‘to do’ list. Help yourself and your partner stay connected and focused on what really matters to you on your big day.
Pre-wedding Coaching packages are available to prepare you for marriage and offer you the best start together. These sessions are delivered by a Registered Clinical Counsellor and these services may be eligible for reimbursement through your benefits provider. Please check with your provider for coverage eligibility
As the couple you take the lead, you decide how many sessions you would like , you can prebook a package to receive a sliding scale based on the number of sessions, you can extend the package or cancel the sessions at any time based on your needs.
